The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, but it fell short in several areas. The rooms were not as advertised, lacking a balcony and bathtub, with a poor view and dirty windows full of spider webs and insects. The intermittent and disconnecting wifi added to the disappointment. Despite being clean, the room also had an unpleasant smell.
